Dear blog, it's been awhile.

I hate when I don't have time to write; rather, I hate when I don't make time to write. The past month has been about putting off things I want or need to do. Things like working on the SARAH! SARAH! SARAH! webpages and taking photos, and looking for a new job. I had made up my mind that I was going to stay in the current job, but I'm thinking now that was the wrong decision. Let's just say my career goals are quickly becoming out of alignment with the organization's direction. This coming week will be the make or break week for me, so stay tuned...

In other news, I have some Facebook friends who are keeping me entertained with their dumb ass postings. Drumroll, please...
I might not be the most beautiful or the sexiest... Nor have the perfect body... I might not be anyone's first choice... But I am a Great choice... I don't pretend to be someone else... Cause I am too good at being me... I might not be proud of some of the things l've done... But l am proud of who l am today. Take me as ...l am or... Don't take me at all. Copy this as your status, if U live your life being u
 and...
We should flood fb with this!!!!... I pledge
allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the
Republic for which it stands: ONE NATION UNDER GOD indivisible, with
Liberty and Justice for all. REPOST IF YOU THINK OUR COUNTRY, OUR FLAG
&GOD DESERVE RESPECT! Let's see how many Americans will..
love the ONE NATION UNDER GOD bit...classic. And the, "Let's see how many Americans will..." bullshit. One word, nuts. Actually, two words, fucking nuts. I love that some Americans are obsessed with how much other Americans love their country. It's a colossal waste of energy. And a bit creepy too.

Currently, I'm going through a love/hate relationship with living in Australia. Actually, I think it's Sydney.  There's just something about this town that is really dull. I hate to admit it, because it truly is a lovely place and we've started making some great friends. I don't know what it is - I think it lacks that quality of "we're all in this together" kind of thing. It's too comfortable. I need friction.
